SESAC named songwriter/producer Jason Ingram as SESAC's 2007 Christian Songwriter of the Year at ceremonies held at Nashville's Sambuca Restaurant. Windsor Way, Grange Hill Music and peertunes, Ltd. were named Christian Publishers of the Year.

Lady Antebellums Hillary Scott Named Songwriter of the Year; Better As A Memory Written by Scooter Carusoe Captures Song of the Year; Shaw Enuff Songs Publisher of the Year. Awards Ceremony/Dinner took place November 10 at SESAC. Performances include Jimmy Wayne, Jim Lauderdale, Jamie Johnson, Tammy Rogers-King and Jerry Salley.
SESAC gave the prestigious SESAC Legacy Award to songwriter, musician and "Late Show With David Letterman" bandleader, Paul Shaffer. The award is in honor of Shaffer's outstanding contribution to the music and entertainment world.
