This thruster produce powerful unidirectional force. There isn't air moving, wich could be the reaction. It's tested by smoke-test, very good.
The moving part is weight 1,4kg, and speed up circa 5 minutes, since thrust none hangs from the speed. After several minutes it moves very fast!
Thruster works on 50kV, and use less than 10uA.
